Zapi Group took part in iVT Expo 2025 in Cologne, the leading event for next-generation technologies dedicated to industrial and off-highway vehicles.
The challenge: redesigning the booth concept from the previous edition to fit a new hall, with the added complexity of having only one day available for setup, as per the exhibition rules.
Our strategy: we preserved the design consistency with the previous edition, reworking the custom furniture to optimize both functionality and aesthetic impact. The illuminated corner graphic helped highlight the visual elements, which were given more overall space. Products were reorganized on a dedicated display unit, improving clarity and accessibility of the stand—even within the constraints of reduced setup time.
